MELROSE ART IN THE YARD
I’ll be at 2915 Kershaw Street on Sunday, April 16, from 1 to 5 pm at Melrose Art in the Yard. This annual event has art, food trucks, and live entertainment. If you’re interested in Columbia’s architecture, this is a perfect day to wander the Melrose neighborhood.
On the same day, Historic Columbia is offering tours to six Craftsman-style homes near the festival, but they aren’t free. Spend the afternoon touring a variety or artists’ displays in yards throughout the neighborhood and end with a free concert by Ben Campbell and the Silver Dollars, starting at 5:00 pm.
